Incipio Group, the celebrated hospitality operator behind venues like Pergola on the Roof and The Libertine, today confirmed they will open four flagship venues at the revitalised Kensington Olympia. Launching between October 2025 and June 2026, the project will encompass approximately 40,000 sq ft of dining and beverage space.
Key venue highlights:

Juno – The UK’s largest Italian restaurant, occupying 11,000 sq ft and offering 252 covers and a capacity of 510. Serving affordable, all-day Italian dishes

Arbour – A two-storey, 15,000 sq ft bar concept with 1,100-capacity, showcasing gourmet fried chicken, smashed burgers, farm-to-fork options, and artisan coffee

Wolves of Tokyo – An 8,000 sq ft Japanese restaurant and cocktail bar inspired by Tokyo’s evening energy, offering 300 indoor covers and a 125-seater rooftop

Lillie’s – A rooftop wine bar styled like a Kensington garden, providing British small plates paired with English sparkling wine for up to 250 guests
These venues are part of a broader redevelopment expected to attract 10 million annual visitors to the 14-acre site, alongside a new music venue, theatre, event space, hotels, and offices.
