The London Christmas Party Show is a boutique exhibition that brings together a mix of the best festive venues and suppliers with hundreds of top event buyers. The Shows split event format consists of an evening event exclusively for Event Agents and a full day event dedicated to Corporate Event Buyers.
The Show was created to fill a gap in the industry for events that truly prioritise the experience of both visitors and exhibitors. Now celebrating over 11 successful years, the Show continues to deliver exceptional, immersive experiences and provide valuable insights to event planners across London and beyond.
Organised by Story Events, the Show runs parallel with its sister event the London Summer Event Show (taking place early next year).
Both Shows are designed to stand out and provide a unique, engaging exhibition experience, where guests can enjoy delicious complimentary food and drink, lively entertainment, insightful seminars, hands-on workshops, rejuvenating wellness sessions and of course, an abundance of event inspiration.
Our 2025 theme captured the wonder of a Nordic winter, paired with the coziness of hygge. Inspired by the charm of a traditional Scandinavian Christmas market, our theme, ‘A Nordic Christmas’, is sure to spark the Christmas spirit – even in July!
Set against the stunning backdrop of Vision Hall, transformed into a magical winter wonderland, you’ll be surrounded by yuletide décor, snowy accents, and twinkling lights as you explore the exhibitor stalls and soak in the festive ambiance in this brand new venue!
