The London Christmas Party Show is a boutique exhibition that brings together a mix of the best festive venues and suppliers with hundreds of top event buyers. The Shows split event format consists of an evening event exclusively for Event Agents and a full day event dedicated to Corporate Event Buyers.
The Show was created to fill a gap in the industry for events that truly prioritise the experience of both visitors and exhibitors. Now celebrating over 12 successful years, the Show continues to deliver exceptional, immersive experiences and provide valuable insights to event planners across London and beyond.
Organised by Story Events, the Show runs parallel with its sister event the London Summer Event Show (taking place early next year).
Both Shows are designed to stand out and provide a unique, engaging exhibition experience, where guests can enjoy delicious complimentary food and drink, lively entertainment, insightful seminars, hands-on workshops, rejuvenating wellness sessions and of course, an abundance of event inspiration.
Our 2026 theme celebrates a Christmas that’s bigger, brighter and full of personality. Inspired by the joy of bold colour, playful nostalgia and statement styling, Merry Kitschmas brings a vibrant festive world to life, proving that when it comes to Christmas décor, more really is more.
Set against the creative backdrop of Protein Studios, the space will be transformed into a dazzling celebration of maximalist Christmas style. Expect vibrant colour, statement decorations and eye-catching displays as you explore the exhibitor stalls and soak in the joyful festive atmosphere at this lively East London venue!
