Idalia, our ground floor all-day dining 300-cover restaurant is the perfect spot for cocktail parties, private & semi-private and a la carte dining.
Pepperbird, located in the basement, offers an intimate speakeasy influenced by Olympia’s musical heritage.
Upstairs at Pillar Hall, is our dedicated event space with a striking 500-capacity event space evolving into a restaurant and bar with live music at weekends.
Engel & Jang, The Royal Exchange, Bank
Engel, a bar inspired by 1920s Berlin, serving up delicious cocktails, live entertainment and the best hot dogs in town.
Jang offers a refined take on Korean Japanese dining, with the freshest sushi, immersive Korean BBQ cookery and fantastic selection of wines.
