  1. The Advent Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to all attendees of the London Christmas Party Show 2024 (Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th July 2024). All participants must be aged 18 and over, must have been qualified to attend the London Christmas Party Show 2024 and must have attended the event. The prize draw will be promoted through marketing and social media and will involve entry through the advent calendar mechanism.
  2. All guests must have agreed to the Admissions Policy and Data Policy when registering in order to be eligible to win an array of prizes courtesy of some of the exhibitors, as stated on the London Christmas Party Show website here. 
  3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted the Admissions Policy and the Data Protection Policy of the London Christmas Party Show. 
  4. No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail [email protected].
  5. Winners will be notified immediately after entering via a website pop up, and will be asked to register for the London Christmas Party Show (and attend) in order to receive their prize. 
  6. Prizes will be available to collect approximately one hour after the winner has entered the event. There is no allocated entry time for winners.
  7. Winners will be introduced to the company that donated the prize the applicant has won. Each prize comes with it’s own terms and conditions, which shall be stated in the correspondence with the donating exhibitor.
  8. Prizes may take the form of physical vouchers or prizes (bottles, gifts etc), QR codes or gift vouchers representing what the winner is entitled to.
  9. Story Events (organisers of the London Christmas Party Show) accepts no responsibility for any of the prizes once it has been awarded. The prize from this moment onwards is the responsibility of the venue/supplier that has donated the prize. 
  10. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 17:30 on 12th July 2024. The Prize Draw will be closed after this time period. 
  11. A maximum of 30 winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed for the duration of the activation being open, by a random computer process. 
  12. The winner will receive one of the available prizes which has been listed on the London Christmas Party Show website. 
  13. Story Events (organiser of the London Christmas Party Show) accepts no responsibility for any costs, present or future, associated with the prize.
  14. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Story shall be entitled to select another winner. 
  15. No cash alternative is available to the prizes.
  16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. If the prize or voucher is lost or stolen, Story Events will not be responsible for providing a replacement.
  17. Story Events accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Story Events further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s relating to or resulting from participation in or in connection with the Prize Draw. 
  18. Story Events reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Story Events in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. Story Events shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure
  20. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  22. Story Events assumes no responsibility and cannot be liable for the incorrect use of the prize, or for anyone other than the intended winner using the prize incorrectly. 
  23. Story Events cannot be liable for injury or death relating to the use of the prize, and the winner assumes full responsibility of the prize and henceforth the use of the prize and correct implementation of the necessary safety measures.
